ABOUT THIS GAME

BIOMUTANT® is a post-apocalyptic open world kung-fu RPG featuring a combat system that combines martial arts with melee attacks, shooting and mutant abilities.

A plague ravages the world and the Tree of Life radiates death from its roots. The tribes are divided. Explore a chaotic world and write his destiny: will you be his savior or plunge him into darkness?

Main features:

• A NEW WAY TO COMBAT IN 3RD PERSON
  The martial arts-style combat system allows you great freedom of movement and agility, while combining shooting, melee attacks and powers that you get from your mutations. With wung-fu combat forms that you will learn as you progress, and through masters, you will constantly add options and ensure that combat never gets boring.
  
  
• EVOLVE YOUR GAME
  You will be able to remake your genetic structure to change your appearance and the way you play. This will consequently affect your attributes; Not only that, but exposure to the world's bio-pollution will lead to mutations like Turtle Form and Slimy Bubble. The exposure to radioactivity that you will find in the bunkers of the Old World will affect your mind and you will unlock psimutations such as telekinesis, levitation and many more.
  
  
• CREATION AT ANOTHER LEVEL
  You have complete freedom to craft weapons. Choose from different parts to create your own one-handed or two-handed slash or smash weapons, as well as revolvers, rifles, and shotguns. You will be able to add modifications, such as corkscrews or battery-powered chainsaw modules, to the biocontaminated vials of goo that you will accumulate in your combat arsenal. The characters you meet will even be able to make cool things for you, like bionic wings, a jet backpack, and even let you modify your automaton: a sidekick made out of scrap metal!
  
  
• GEAR UP FOR ADVENTURE
  Your character can wear whatever gear you want. You can not only choose between the weapons you create, but also the type of equipment you carry. Equip yourself with a gas mask and oxygen tank to explore dead zones, temperature-resistant clothing to venture into frigid areas, or protective gear to deal with bio-contaminated creatures. The choice is yours.
  
  
• SURVIVE IN AN OPEN WORLD FULL OF LIFE
  You are free to explore the world and what lies beyond its surface, on foot, in a mecca, by jet ski, hot air balloon or on unique local mounts. Explore a decaying natural landscape, the network of underground tunnels and bunkers, and make your way into the mountains or the archipelago. There is much to discover, mysteries to unravel, creatures to face and peculiar characters to meet in this vibrant and colorful world.
  
  
• AN UNUSUAL STORY WITH AN UNUSUAL ENDING
  Your actions play an important role in this story where the end comes to the New World. A plague ravages the land and the roots of the Tree of Life slowly die. The tribes are divided and they need someone strong to unite them or bring them down...
  In this world you will be guided by a narrator who will recount each step of your journey, but your actions and decisions will determine how your story of survival will end.
