Digital editions: Activation codes are automatically sent to your email immediately. Activate the codes on the official platforms of the purchased title. In the case of products that require it, we will contact you to proceed with the shipment manually.

Some products can take between 10 to 30 minutes to be sent.

Pre-sales: Activation codes or purchase details may be sent before the launch date.

Metropolitan Lima: The shipment is made through Olva Courier, Rappi or Uber the same day of the order during office hours or as indicated.

Some products may have a delivery time of 1 to 7 days. In most cases this will be indicated in the product description.

Some districts or addresses that are far away or outside the delivery area may require you to make the shipment directly to the Olva Courier office in your district. Customers will be notified in this case.
For shipments with Olva Courier, a tracking code will be sent that can be used to see the status of the shipment at olvacourier.com




Provinces: All shipments to provinces are made through Olva Courier. You can request delivery directly to your home or to any company office in your city.
